What are the dates for the entry deadline and for the competition?

The Entry Deadline is May 10 or as posted.

The INDY International Wine Competition judging is open for public viewing in the North Memorial Union Ballroom at Purdue University. (Not a public tasting event.)

Spectators are welcome to watch the judging in action.

How much does it cost to enter?

Commercial Entry - $75 per wine

Amateur Entry - $40 per wine

Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express or check payable to Purdue University.

Purdue University is not responsible for costs incurred due to wines not received by deadline.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept checks (Payable to "Purdue University"), Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Entering the Competition

How do I enter?

You may download an entry form for all the rules & procedures.

Where do I find my Account ID?

The Account ID is not necessary for entering your wines. You can just leave the space blank.

Can I deliver my wine entry to Purdue University in West Lafayette?

Yes, we realize it may be easier to hand deliver your wines to us. In the month prior to the INDY we will do our best to accommodate weekend deliveries. Please contact us to set up a day/time 1-765-494-3614.

Where do I ship my wines, entry form and fees?

Place entry form and fees in an envelope and send to:

Judging

When will results of winning wines be available online?

Results will be available online within 2 days after the judging. Winning medals will be sent within one month after the judging. If you have any questions please contact us 1-765-494-3614 or [email protected].
